


Using my personal computer as an example, I have my work email set up in Outlook (using my personal Office 365 license).

Our office uses Office 365 as an email provider. It is a Windows 10 Home, version 1909 (latest version is still not available to her computer and I'd rather not risk an update). Can you clarify on what you mean the "work account exists" on the machine? What version of Windows 10, Pro, Home.etc.?
